As a supplier we must disclose all information to you we would be reasonably expected to know regarding the products we sell. If we knowingly withhold information or provide misleading information you may be entitled to a refund. You should also refer to our Warranty Policy.
WHAT can be returned?
Goods purchased via our web site can be returned in exchange for a different size provided they are in original condition. Goods cannot be returned because you change your mind.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Goods returned for incorrect supply or exchange must be returned within 7 days of the invoice date
HOW do customers return items?
Goods can only be returned by Express Post. For piece of mind "Platinum Express Post" should be used. We cannot be responsible for returns that are damaged or missing.
SHIPPING for returns?
The customer is required to pay the cost of returning the goods to us.
CREDIT for returns?
We will refund the shipping cost to the customer if we have incorrectly supplied the goods but we will not refund the cost of returning the goods to us.
